Judy’s Joint

Another summer is over and I am still smiling thinking of the fun that Joe and I had with the grand kiddies, Magnus and Svea. We are so grateful for our time with them and we can’t wait for Magnus to fulfill his promise - “Magnus will come back in the nice weather Gramma”.

Magnus is my 2 year old grandson and a prouder gramma there never was. Not only is he handsome but he is very clever and moves easily between English and Mandarin. He has returned to China until next summer and Papa Joe and I are experiencing serious Magnus withdrawal. We have started to put together a photo journal of our favourite places on Vancouver Island for him. Who knows; maybe he will show it to his kids. Anyway, Joe and I sing each other to sleep with a bedtime chorus of “Peter Pointers up and Peter Pointers down…”, one of Magnus’s favourite tunes.
